Most projects go live within two to three weeks. The real variable is content — the sooner you get us your copy and images, the sooner we finish. If you're working to a hard deadline, tell us upfront and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
Every project is quoted individually once we've seen your specification, so you get a fixed figure rather than a range that moves later. A 50% deposit starts the work and the balance is due before handover. Quotes stay valid for ten working days.
No. Almost every project we run is handled remotely over email, WhatsApp and calls, with design drafts shared on a private staging server. We're based in Johannesburg and work with clients across South Africa and abroad.
Text in a document — Word, Google Docs, anything editable — and images at the highest resolution you have. Avoid sending images already embedded in a PDF or Word file, as that strips the quality out of them.
Yes. Technical SEO is part of every build: clean site structure, meta and heading hierarchy, structured data, image optimisation and sitemap submission to Google. If you want an ongoing campaign beyond the build, we'll scope that separately.
